COVID-19 Updates

UPDATED: September 7, 2021

CovenantCare Practices is currently experiencing increased volumes for COVID-19 testing and a rise in positive cases. This is creating unusual wait times on our phones, responses from your care teams, as well as impacting abilities to schedule appointments. CovenantCare is continuing to do their best to make sure that we continue being the best place to be seen and the best place to work, but we ask for your continued patience as we assess our most pressing issues.

At this time, CovenantCare Practices does not offer COVID-19 vaccines at our clinics. Please reach out to your local health department for more information about what locations are administering vaccines.

Due to these spikes in COVID-19, CovenantCare will also be reverting to certain COVID policies and procedures we once had in place. They are as follows:

COVID-19 Safety Precautions:

Screenings:

All patients will be screened before entering our clinics. This will be through our pre-registration via text or email as well as via paper screenings if pre-registrations are not completed prior to arrival. Screenings will also include temperature checks at reception for the patient and any individuals accompanying them to their appointment. All employees are screened before each shift.

Masking:

All employees, patients, and other visitors above the age of two years are required to wear a mask inside the clinic. Our clinics are not responsible to provide masks to patients and any patients who do not have a mask will be asked to wait in their vehicle.

Social Distancing:

All employees and patients are asked to respect social distancing recommendations. To also help with overcrowding of waiting rooms, our clinics may ask for patients to wait in their vehicle until their exam room is ready.

Essential Visitors:

Patients that need assistance during their appointment may bring one caregiver with them. We ask that if the patient requires assistance with transportation, that their driver not stay in the building unless their presence is necessary during the appointment.

Ways to Receive Care

In-Person Appointments:

Patients are still able to be seen at all of our clinic locations. Patients may schedule appointments via call, text, Patient Portal message, or online.

Telehealth Appointments:

Telehealth services are available with most CovenantCare providers and can be requested in the same ways as an in-person appointment.
