Robert Wilson, MD is Chief Medical Officer of CovenantCare. Dr. Wilson believes that medicine is best and most effective when practiced proactively, as a collaboration between patient and provider. His guiding philosophy is that the patient should be treated with the same care, compassion, and understanding that the provider would want for himself and his family.

In this spirit of proactive medicine, Dr. Wilson is passionate about community outreach, involvement, and education. He is currently team physician for Houston County High School , and he has earned two awards as football team physician for Goodpasture Christian School, and for Davidson Academy. He regularly volunteers at area schools to provide sports physicals and ImPACT concussion education. Dr. Wilson has given community presentations on topics such as OTC supplements, nutrition, and the cost of obesity. He has been featured on WSMV’s “More at Midday” and TriStar Health’s “Healthbreak” videos, and is the author of The Be Fit – Live Well Manual and Workbook.

Dr. Wilson completed his Family Medicine residency at Memorial Health Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia (Chief Resident 2002-03), and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. He has a 5-star rating from Healthgrades.

Dr. Wilson and his wife, Cheryl, live on 85 beautiful acres in Cunningham. They have a daughter, Ana,and a son, Jack. In his spare time, Dr. Wilson can usually be found in his woodshop, where he crafts all things beautiful and functional, from ink pens to fine furniture.

David W. Johnson, MD

Dr. David Johnson’s contribution to CovenantCare includes a wealth of Family Medicine experience and administration spanning 35 years. Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Virginia. He attended Malone College, graduating Magna cum Laude in Pre-med and went on to Medical School in Richmond Virginia. His early practice years included full family practice, and later emergency medicine.
He gained much of his medical experience in North Carolina before coming to Tennessee in 2013. He enjoys quartet music, studying how to translate his Christian faith into all aspects of life and seeks to be a light in a world of darkness.

Katherine Arenz, DO

Katherine Arenz, DO was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Arenz has a Bachelors in Genetics and a minor in Chemisty from Concord University in Athens, WV. She went to the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship in Emergency Medicine. 

Dr. Arenz’s inspiration to become a physician comes from the two Lebanese brothers, “Drs Tony and Jerry” who took care of her as a child when she was quite ill. Her goal is to be like them; to help her patients be as healthy as possible and get to know them as people. 


Dr. Arenz and her husband, Brian, have lived in Middle Tennessee since 2012.  They have placed their roots in Houston County on their farm, Gnomehaven where they grow veggies, fruits, and chickens. Dr. Arenz and her husband attend church at Springhill in Cumberland City.  They have four grown children, three dogs, Lucy, Nicodemus, and Samson, and 2 cats, Fidel Catsro and Mellow.  Her hobbies are working with her husband to restore their 1850 cabin, bookbinding, art, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her husband and fur-babies.

Jewell Kaylor, FNP-C

Jewell Kaylor graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She later completed a Master’s of Science in Nursing. She previously practiced in Kentucky before returning to practice a little closer to home. In her free times she loves spending time with family and watching her beloved Titans.

Christa Blane, FNP-BC

Christa Blane is a Family Nurse Practitioner and practices at For Your Family Health, a CovenantCare Group, in Dover, Tennessee. Christa is the founder of For Your Family Health; she built the practice for 13 years in service to her community. Christa is a graduate of Murray State University and is ANCC Board certified.

Christa is from Dover. She is the mother of one son, one daughter, and the grandmother to two grandsons. Christa believes in treating patients and their families in the manner that they would want to be treated and strives to always provide holistic and high quality, cost efficient care. In her spare time, Christa enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Stevie Byard, PA-C

Stevie is a physician assistant at our Hillcrest Clinic in Clarksville, TN. She grew up in Clarksville, TN and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University. Prior to working with CovenantCare, Stevie worked in Emergency Medicine.

“I am excited to have the opportunity to work in a Primary Care setting and provide patients with the knowledge and resources they need in order to live their healthiest lives. Overall health and wellness play a large role in my life, so I am looking forward to being able to apply this to my practice by providing education in preventative care to my patients.”

Outside of work, Stevie likes to spend time with family and friends, especially her husband, Dylan, and Golden retriever, Tucker.

Olivia Hutcheson, FNP-C

Olivia Hutcheson graduated from Union University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, and later completed a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Union as well. She is originally from southwest TN. Her professional affiliations include American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Tennessee Nursing Association. Olivia and her husband Josh have one daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, and serving in her church. As a nurse practitioner, she seeks to provide compassionate, quality care to all her patients and desires to bring about change in the community through care and patient education.

Tammy Greenhill, FNP-C

Tammy Greenhill is originally from Paris, Tennessee and has resided in Dover for over 20 years. She graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Science in Nursing degree. She has been practicing since 2011 and loves being a Nurse Practitioner. As a NP, Tammy hopes to educate families and patients on how to improve their overall health and to extend a warm welcome to her patients. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her daughter, exercising, and spending time doing outdoor activities.

Melinda Haddock, NP

Melinda Haddock was born in Waynesboro, Tennessee, but grew up in Collinwood, Tennessee. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Austin Peay State University, and obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice/Family Nurse Practitioner from Murray State University. She feels that in family medicine she can build lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Her objective is to ensure that her patients feel that their needs and concerns are heard and understood by their provider. She is looking forward to expanding her medical experience and knowledge at CovenantCare. Melinda has four adult children, nine grandchildren, and a poodle named Shadow. Melinda enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking with family and friends.

Holly Austin, PA-C

Holly Austin, PA-C received her Master of Science in Medicine degree from Trevecca Nazarene University’s Physician Assistant Program. From Clarksville, TN, Holly has been practicing medicine since 2012. She is dedicated to providing the quality of care she wishes to receive when seeking medical care. She believes that this starts with truly listening to her patients’ needs and then applying that need to evidence-based medicine. Outside of the clinic, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. They love going to the zoo, visiting local farms, and “nerding out” at science museums or Dino exhibits!

Jasmine Adams, PA-C

Jasmine Adams was born in San Francisco, CA but has spent most of her life in Nashville, TN. Her education includes an undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University in human health performance and a Master of Science of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Bethel University in McKenzie, TN. Jasmine feels that family medicine allows her the freedom to address patient issues holistically, rather than limiting to one area of expertise. Her approach to medicine is a collaborative method; working with the patients to optimize their care and ensure their problems are addressed accurately and efficiently. Jasmine believes that even though she may not be able to change the world, she can change people’s individual worlds and that is what motivates her to be a great provider. Jasmine is married with 2 children and has 2 dogs. When not in the office, she enjoys cooking, playing video and card games, basketball, volleyball, and hanging out with friends and family outdoors as much as possible.
